as of April 2024, Noctis has regained, with a significantly-depowered Ring of the Lucii, the ability to give people access to certain aspects of Lucian royal magic. once he makes a pact with someone, these are the powers they'll gain access to and the point cost:

WARPING: short-range teleportation with a focus object. throw a weapon or a small object and immediately teleport to it. 3 pts.

ARMIGER ACCESS: access to Noctis's pocket dimension, and therefore his weapons, his medical kit, and his fishing rod. 1 pt for the access itself, 1 pt or a korok hunt for subsequent item slots. NOTE: Noctis can't stop anybody from using the Royal Arms, but he will stress that in his experience, using them causes damage to the user with each hit.

TELEKINESIS: low-level telekinesis, can now move pen-sized objects and smaller with your mind. 1 pt, comes free with the pact.

Pride Sword (lights up with applicable pride flag colors for the wielder. for Noctis it’s purple and blue)
